SPL RECOVERY ROOM TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. SPL’s Recovery Room is available for use during normal business hours only.
  2. Each session and modality must be reserved by booking in the Mindbody app or by calling the front desk at (732) – 630 – 6309 or (732) – 856 – 9700.
  3. A valid driver’s license or state issued identification and credit card must be left on file at registration.
  4. Level 1 Membership is a 12-month commitment. Members must commit for 12 months and leave a credit card on file unless payment will be made in full. First and last month must be paid in full at signing.
  5. Level 2 Membership is a 6-month commitment. Members must commit for 12 months and leave a credit card on file unless payment will be made in full. First and last month must be paid in full at signing.
  6. Members accept all risk and agree to hold the Sports Performance Lab harmless.
  7. NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS. We do not accept refunds or cancellations for any reason unless there is a valid medical recommendation preventing participation. A signed doctor’s note must be made explaining the medical recommendation on the physician’s letter head.
  8. Normatec Recovery sessions are limited to a maximum of two 30-minute sessions or one 60-minute session per day per the manufacturer’s recommended usage.
  9. Localized Cryotherapy costs an additional $10 per session and is limited to one 30-minute session per day per body part. Localized cryotherapy sessions cannot be booked on Mindbody. To book, please call the front desk at (732) – 630 – 6309 or (732) – 856 – 9700. Athletes must be completely dry and free from all liquid including sweat, lotions, creams, moisturizers or other topicals before beginning treatment.
  10. SPL staff members have the right to deny an athlete access to the recovery room and any of the recovery modalities for any reason if it is deemed unsafe for the athlete to participate.
  11. All athletes must complete an SPL Liability Waiver prior to participating. Athletes may be asked to complete this form multiple times throughout the duration of the membership.
  12. Contraindications may prevent an athlete from participating in certain or all recovery modalities.
  13. If an athlete experiences an injury throughout the membership period, they must inform the SPL front desk immediately so SPL experts can make appropriate recommendations as to the continuation of recovery, training, or rehabilitation.
